Oskar Blues and Hops and Heifers was proud to host the National Cattleman’s Beef Association’s NCBA annual meeting. With the increase in small all natural beef producing farms, the marketing group that goes behind promoting the countries #1 source of protein spent the day with us. We greeted the group with the new Oskar Blues Bonewagonfor a beef breakfast burrito then off to the Hops and Heifers Farm. The Chef Jason Rogers blew them away with a three course lunch featuring a braised beef brisket! Finishing up with a brewery tour and Tasty Weasel Tasting Room session. The NCBA is the countries leader in all aspects of Beef education and marketing support for beef producers.
