We have much beer & music news to report, here’s the nitty gritty:

On the beer front, our mighty Dale’s Pale Ale is now on draft at the legendary Red Rocks amphitheater. We’re thrilled to be at the revered music venue, grab a draft or two of Dale’s at your favorite Red Rocks shows this summer.

We’re also in the beer lineup at Coors Field for the season, look for cool cans of Dale’s at all Beers of the World kiosks at the baseball stadium.

18 Wheeler starts June off with Thursdays singer/songwriter night, bring your instrument and show us what you got!

This month we welcome some musical greats to our concert room. This Friday we’ve got hot blues from the Bryan Lee Band. Bryan is called “the King of Bourbon St.” in New Orleans and is a mentor of young Kenny Wayne Shepard.

Saturday indie rocker Michelle Malone opens for Texas guitar-great Bugs Henderson. Bugs has played with B.B. King, Freddie King and many other stars and was recently voted one of the 10 best unknown guitarist in the world. We’ve been trying to get him to here for years, don’t miss him.

Sunday, June 4 we have a special early (3-6 PM) show with neo-honkytonker Moot Davis. Moot’s band is led by Dwight Yoakam’s legendary guitarist and producer Pete Anderson. This will be rare chance to see Moot and Pete up-close and personal, get details on Moot at www.mootdavis.com .

June’s other weekend highlights include Stonesy rock and blues from Sarah Benck & the Robbers (June 10) from Omaha. Sarah is a freakishly gifted singer with a muscular voice that’s years beyond her age, hear her at www.sarahbenck.com . On June 17 we welcome blues/funk guitar-hero Mem Shannon, Mem has just been nominated for two 2006 Blues Music Awards (formerly known as the W.C. Handy Awards).

June 24 it’s the real Cajun goodness from New Orleans fave T. Broussard & the Zydeco Steppers. T. will play an encore show the following day as part of our Sunday afternoon series, and Jason Ricci closes out the month on June 30 with his head-cutting harmonica work.

June’s weekday shows include a June 22 night of hip- shaking fun with New Orleans funkmaster Papa Mali. Papa’s shows here always sell out, so get your tickets early for this one. Our Thursday songwriter night series this month includes Ben Stevens and our own Marty Jones (June 15), and Nashville transplant Jeff Finlin on the 29th. Jeff has been described as a cross between Tom Waits and Randy Newman, he’s a unique talent.
